Day 8 Auckland

Time to move on ! We head south on the way to Auckland. We pass through Helensville on a scenic roadway. We find our hotel in Ponsonby just on the outskirts of  Auckland and settle in. It is a beautiful day so we elect to walk into city center..  hard to get lost since we just kept heading to the Skytower which is visible from anywhere. We stopped at the Skytower and took a tour to the top.. watched a few jumpers leap from the top to the ground below..  not on my bucket list. We continued to the waterfront for supper and a bit of sightseeing before heading back to our hotel. I sort of made a wrong turn and took the long way back..  Mabel a little annoyed !
